Payroll Firm Gusto Sends Colorado Businesses Incorrect Information for Tax Filings
COLORADO:Yesterday, payroll firm Gusto sent email notices to Colorado clients regarding filing their Q3 unemployment premiums and erroneously instructed them to contact the Colorado Department of the Treasury.
Unemployment Insurance (UI) premium reports are filed with the UI Division of the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.
Gusto clients should contact Gusto or the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment Employer Services Teams at 303-318-9100.
