- Serve as the bank for the State of Colorado’s funds
- Execute the state budget, distributing funds to Colorado government entities
- Manage state investment portfolios

- Administer public programs that support Coloradans’ financial wellbeing, like Colorado SecureSavings and the Great Colorado Payback
