CollegeInvest is a not-for-profit Division of the Colorado Department of Higher Education. It was started for the express purpose of helping Colorado students and their families afford higher education. CollegeInvest offers a student loan program, a scholarship program, and a 529 college savings program, and maintains separate funds for all these programs.
