| 2:04PM - 2:57PM | Program Updates | Courtney updated the Board on some of the activities Vestwell has been working on with the Secures Savings team. This included the annual wave, data sharing agreement with CDLE, payroll contributions, employer numbers for savers and employers, employers and savers mailings, updated language accessibility, and tools on the Vestwell portals. The Secure Savings team gave an update on the outreach and organizations they have worked with since the last Board meeting. They gave an overview of what they will be doing for outreach for the next year. |
| 2:57PM - 3:07PM | Salesforce Discussion | Hunter shared the Salesforce proposal for the program. Keisha made a motion to approve moving forward with the Salesforce engagement on the basis of implementing the CRM and marketing cloud, and the initial implementation consulting. Kara seconded the motion. The motion passed with 8 yes, 0 no, 1 excused. |

| 3:19PM - 3:29PM | Landmark Audit Review | Greg from Landmark PLC shared an overview of the independent audit of the partnership. As of the audit, this included Colorado, Delaware, Vermont, and Maine. The audit was shared in 4 parts: the independent audit report, the management discussion and analysis, the financial statements/notes to the financial statements, and the supplementary schedules. |
